The slanted satin stitch seems to me an effective cross between feathers and brush strokes, and make for an emphatic motif. We looked hard at this photo, and then went rummaging in both of our stashes for more pinkish reds. It&#8217;s safe to suggest that there&#8217;s some unpicking ahead&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>And while that is in progress, I can report that <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/J--cXZ-54hY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Episode 26 <\/a>of SlowTVStitchery is now live!
