About Me

I embroider, and copy edit translations, and I don’t have enough time to do either properly.

So why am I adding a blog to the To Do list?

I’m not sure, but I think it is to do with contributing to something that over the past few months I have found genuinely intriguing and inspiring. Also,  I hope it will make me think about what I am doing, and maybe do it better!

I like it! Especially the colour scheme.

  2. I’m glad you approve. I seem to be going through a Teal and Gold phase!

  3. did you know that teal is supposed to be the only colour that all people can wear and look good in? I love it, anyway, but it’s good to know it MUST

  4. Thanks for visiting my blog. I like your blog. more success in your embroideries! ^_^

  5. Rachel, I am enjoying your blog and am happy you decided to take it on. Blogs can be very time consuming but in my estimation are worth the effort. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good work!

  6. I’ve found you! I haven’t been able to thank you before for all the lovely comments you’ve left on my blog. I now know its because you have ‘open id’ and no return address appears, so thanks for leaving it this time. Your embroidery is very painstaking and precise with lovely results! I am embarrassed at my slapdash efforts!I love the morse code cartouche..what a brilliant idea. As the above commenter says “keep up the good work.”

  7. Looking forward to surfing my favorite blogs, especially yours, on my new iPad. You’ve been to my blog so often and left such nice comments, I am excited about all the wonderful needlework I’m going to be seeing!

  8. Well, Rachel, thanks to Hannah at Enbrouderie I found the link to your blog! Thank you for so much for your wonderful efforts. You, and others, really do a wonderful service to many of us as you share your knowledge of embroidery. I so enjoy reading your thoughtful comments on others’ blogs, too.
